What are the flipbook dimensions?
11 cm x 7 cm: our favourite format is similar to the dimensions of an iPhone display. Please get in touch if you would like an original format, we love experimenting
What type of files and videos can be uploaded?
To create a flipbook we need a video of minimum 4 seconds and maximum 30. Video formats recorded from a phone are generally fine (i.e. .avi, .mp4, .mov). If taken with a different device, you would need to convert them to one of these formats and make sure they do not exceed 50mb.
How does the delivery work?
We use only the most reliable couriers and choose the one guaranteeing the fastest delivery for your order. Cost is 5 Euros to ship within Italy and 10 Euros for international shipping. You’ll receive the delivery details by email, including the tracking number to see your item’s full journey.
How long will it take?
Once we receive the video, we’ll need one working day for processing and printing. Then it’s all about delivering the package to you and it will depend on the delivery option you selected.
It’s a gift, can i send it directly to the recipient?
Of course you can. In the form you can confirm whether you are the recipient or buying for someone else. There will be no price tags or invoice in the package. As you complete your order, you will have the opportunity to write a dedication to be printed in the first internal page of your flipbook.
How much does a flipbook cost?
The cost varies according to the quantities ordered. A copy costs 16 euros, above 100 copies the cost drops to 6 euros. Contact us for a personalized quote and to learn about our additional technical and creative consulting services.
What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay with Paypal or credit cards by selecting your preferred method at the checkout. You’ll receive the invoice by email.
